+ When do I pay?

You pay after you have recieved your items. Currently, we are accepting cash payments or payment throught a link.

+ How can I add items to my booking?

Upon inspection, our laundry team adds whatever items you have sent to your order ID.

+ Why does the discount not show up after I enter the promo code?

The discount will be applied by our customer service team as soon as the order is recieved in our laundry.
